Family Membership

Your generous $30 annual membership dues allow MGTA to provide:

• Continuing education for all McKinney ISD GT teachers, curriculum and classroom materials
• Scholarships for MISD GT students
• Sponsored events with speakers discussing topics like twice-exceptionality, social and emotional needs, and parenting a GT child.
•  Membership to Texas Association for the Gifted & Talented (TAGT), an online community with  E-news Briefs, legislative updates and much more.

Please note that our membership records are updated with TAGT periodically, so you may experience a delay in access to TAGT.  Once TAGT has your MGTA membership record, you can visit TAGT here to access your complimentary TAGT membership.

Membership is free to our families on Free and Reduced lunch plans.
